Letter of writing

Dear Doctor Johnson: Hello, i am Martha Provoletta. Doctor, I am writing to you because my contractions are bigger and bigger. The other day I went to the bathroom and I fell. I bumped my head with the toilet and I vomit a lot. I started to cry and my husband phoned for an ambulance. The ambulance came. It was Wednesday. They left me in hospital for a week. Today is the seventh day, the last one. Today I can go home but at night, so I want to see you tomorrow, at 8 o’ clock. I hope you can see me tomorrow.
